Public cloud, like Microsoft Azure, means that the provider owns and manages all hardware, software, and infrastructure. Hybrid cloud combines on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud services into a single solution, allowing for flexibility and the best combination of cost, technical capabilities, and features for each application.
